I have a 50 inch riding mower and if I was to mow everything I usually mow all at once it would probably take 3 hours. Not my most favorite thing to do but it's not the worst either. What I really don't like is if I think I should put sunscreen on, I really don't like that stuff so I try to mow when it's cloudy or later in the day but then my nose will be stuffed up some when sleeping, I guess I'm a little allergic to grass and hay.

whats bothersome is not only the noise the machines create but the code violations issued to people in the city if your weeds or grass are one foot or higher. Im always worried about getting a ticket so Im always on top of that.

Another thing I hate about mowing is I live on a side of a hill and my yard isn't flat which raises heck with my knee and those stupid black spruce tree roots sticking out of the ground. Once those two trees die and I have them removed I will get those stupid roots removed.

Got the grass police here also. I haven't heard anyone getting ticketed but I don't take the chance.

do what I do, mention to your mum the grass needs cutting, and then go "ouch my back" or something....she will be round with the flymo in matter of minutes.

I put the strimmer out in the open when she has nearly finished with the lawn.

Tell 'em who the **** I am

I hate lawn mowing as well. Can be hard for me with back pain and the heat. What really bothers me is worrying about my neighbor as well. Have a neighbor across the road that we've had trouble with and he feels it necessary to come over to tell me if I've done something wrong with my yard.

I hate snow shoveling even more, especially if the snow has any depth to it. Hoping there won't be many days I need to shovel this upcoming winter.

There is always plenty of days of snow removal for me in the winter since I live in the Lake Superior snow belt. Hopefully, I will still working from home this winter so I won't have to be rushing to get it done at 7 am the earliest legal time to run the snowblower.

Same. I hate it. The weeds in my backyard grow like crazy. Iíve been using A LOT of weed killer. In fact, I overused it and even put some on my lawn so the grass would somewhat die and I wonít have to mow the lawn as often. My lawn looks horrific, green-yellow and patchy, but no one is complaining and Iím not being fined, so who cares! Lol!

If my neighbors litter on my yard, I just throw the trash back to them. If the trash flies over again, Iíll stick it to their fence or a hole in their driveway. They accept it.

Well, if your grass gets long enough for a tiger to stalk you in, you definitely deserve a ticket lol

The grass police lol. Imagine getting that promotion at the station. You're promoted to grass police, Bobby, but don't lose hope, you'll make detective soon enough.

got a ton of acorns falling in the garden now so i'm whacking them all over the streets outside with a badminton raquet. The squirrels throw them down at you on purpose, so I'm not gonna leave any for em this year.

Wise tale says if you got lots of Acorns it is a sign of a bad winter.

the squirrels better stop lobbing them at me then

thats cool tho if it is...a bad winter where I live, is a lot of snow! after sledging or stealing a crash mat from the local school to slide on, me and the lads then go driving the streets looking for gangs of kids to snowball fight with. We then skid the car around, and occasionlly crash, which is why I wont drive.

Offski all x
