Goal setting/expectation and frustration
Soo the thing is folks, I'm trying to make it pro, and I practice everyday, and I'm not afraid of practicing hard but the thing is when I practice hard I automata lay my goals super high too and when I can't achieve them I get sad/depressed.
Soo I'm trying to learn how to set them lower and feel like good (not feeling like I'm not good enough) and set them higher and higher. Man I don't know why I feel bad about set them lower. I'm just scared things my not workout and a part of me will die.
