My steps to self improvement
1. I have completely changed my diet over the past 2 months, cutting out a ton of crap and consuming more fruit and veg
2. I have quit smoking cigarettes and weed
3. Doing cardio at the gym at least 2 times a week
I am planning to join a MMA class which will be a weekly thing, and also going to join a language class to learn Spanish.
This should help fill up a ton of my free time, but i would really like anyone to suggest any other activities that i could also consider
