My steps to self improvement

So far;
1. I have completely changed my diet over the past 2 months, cutting out a ton of crap and consuming more fruit and veg

2. I have quit smoking cigarettes and weed

3. Doing cardio at the gym at least 2 times a week

I am planning to join a MMA class which will be a weekly thing, and also going to join a language class to learn Spanish.

This should help fill up a ton of my free time, but i would really like anyone to suggest any other activities that i could also consider

Good job. How about journaling? Writing down your thoughts? Maybe you can do some meetups in your area?

I used to keep a diary when i was about 12, i found it quite recently and it was painfully cringe worthy, i really need to destroy it soon..

Not quite sure i'd do this again though

OH MY GOODNESS I do not know you but after I finished reading what you wrote I thought " NICE!!!"

I can totally relate. Changing the way you eat and WHAT you put in your mouth PLUS working out HELPS INCREDIBLY!

You are actually inspiring me to take a spanish language class, sounds like it would be awesome XD

I would suggest making a list of things you enjoy doing or maybe interests that you want to explore but haven't tried yet.
Maybe even branching out further on certain interests that you are tackling right now. Ex cardio gym.. maybe join something with it.. like.. try out a mini track race with other runners (nothing too serious/.. like maybe a charity event where they run for a cause?), maybe go travel to a spanish speaking country for 2 weeks and force yourself to talk there (join a group thing).
Maybe read more on certain things that interest you and see if they offer anything interesting that relates with people...

I am so happy for you.

Have a gorgeous day!
