2/10. So exhausted.

On enhanced mobile I don't receive notifications besides pms. Apologies if I don't respond.

Know your ACE (adverse childhood experiences) score?
Sometimes, SA is a symptom of significant developmental, attachment or interpersonal trauma (emotional neglect counts). If you're still stuck after you've tried SA treatments such as CBT and exposure, research C-PTSD and see if it resonates. Here's an awesome resource. Complex PTSD: From Surviving to Thriving

Ya know the medication does help, but tobe honest, I get a lot of relief from accomplishing tasks that my anxiety used to keep me from doing. Its greatfeeling of accomplishment. So I'd say I'm sitting around a 7 today

Indeed. I wasnít always. I had to learn how to be happy( at peace with my situation) at the moment. Iím not living in bliss and this life doesnít thrill me like it once did but I am glad I am still alive.

I like to tell people, when responding to the generic question of ď how is it going?Ē I can say from first hand experience, ďcould be better, could be worse, so Iíll take it where itís at right now.Ē

I'm not happy. I'm very lonely and I can't do anything about it. Only God can.

Feeling great, half day at work tomorrow, meeting my partner for some drinks in the pub and then I've got the weekend off. woo hoo

10 out of 10 Get in!!

We've all got a little bit of royal blood in our veins, we're all in line for the succession, and if nineteen million, four hundred thousand, two hundred and eight people die, I'll be king tomorrow. It's not very likely but its a nice thought and helps keep me going.

Been for a job interview and anxiety didn't kick my arse too bad.

the brief window of positivity and hope I enjoyed has now closed. Back to apathyy towards work and doubting if I can ever get it together and make some changes in my life.
