Poll: Will Trump be removed from office by impeachment?

Do you think President Trump will be removed from office by impeachment?

Democrats in Congress are expected to vote for impeachment. And according to the media the Senate will not vote for removal of the president as of now. So there is a possibility Trump could walk away from this whole matter. What do you guys think?

Does impeachment mean people throw peach's at him until he leaves ?

Either way probably not he's a tough old bird & it's difficult to remove something bad.

And all our yesterdays have lighted fools the way to dusty death

It is a tale told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing.

Hopefully it means this time Trump gets the paper towels thrown at him.

When a president is declining and considered too mentally impaired to be in office he then faces impearment where we all throw pears at him until he leaves. It's a little cruel but that's what our founding fathers deemed necessary.

Who's leading the impeachment process, the Democratic leadership? Ah yes, then Republicans have nothing to fear.

I don't see it happening. He probably won't get another term but I think the impeachment thing is all talk. Why would they want to do that now? It's too late in his term to do them any good. Then they'd have to run against Pence and an unknown (possibly an unknown they wouldn't have expected). Doesn't seem like a smart move. Pence is not Trump. They'd have to completely change their strategy. I don't think they'd be able to paint Pence the same way they do Trump and that might not be a good thing (for the Democrats, at least) at the last minute.

nah.

Most likely this impeachment thing is a distraction for whatever is going on elsewhere. While impeachment is on the front page of the news, for example, the financial crash is on the back page going unnoticed by the rest of America.

The only way I could see impeachment of Trump is if the ruling class (or the military industrial complex) has already picked their next Republican candidate for the election.

No.

No U.S. president has ever been successfully impeached; Nixon resigned, Johnson got his overturned by the senate acquittal. It feels like one of those things that just doesn't work. And while there's always a chance for that to change, in this scenario I just don't see it happening.

As long as the crowds come out and moderate Republicans are afraid of going against the crazies, then nothing will happen in the Senate. If they were smart they would remove Трамп and run Pence in 2020.

There is a lot more that goes on behind the scenes with governments than most see in the media.

What governments have to contend with on a daily basis is mind blowing.

I can understand the small terms as it would stress them out with longer terms.

Zero chance. The Democrats have wanted to impeach Trump since before he even took office. The election is only a year away and by the time the process drags out his first term will be almost over anyway. No way the Senate will ever approve it either even if it makes it that far. If anything this will backfire and hurt the Democrats more than it will help them.

Yeah. It's not gonna happen. It's very strange for them to even bother. I can't figure it out.

Just a hunch but I think they are trying to gather all of trump's corruption for an October surprise.

Actually we should impeach the entire Senate. Then abolish the Senate.

The last 3 years Dems have been talking about how Trump is almost done and how [insert new scandal] is going to be what finally gets him. "It's the beginning of the end for Trump!" This impeachment is yet another thing that won't be what finally get's him in the end, nothing will get him in the end, aside from his term limit.

I read that some republicans would vote to remove him if it were a private vote. Not enough to make it happen but they aren't willing to risk their political careers. Also some democrats are hopeful that an impeachment would wipe out VP Pence too and lead to Speaker Pelosi being president. That I believe is a bit over optimistic.

What evidence do they have?

Still need evidence.
