I'm a leftist. This poll should have a centrist option too.

My social views seem to lean more left/liberal while my personal views are more central/slightly conservative, I think.

If I don't reply to you, it's NOTHING PERSONAL. It's my ANXIETY.

Det. Devetko: "Definitely."

(It's legal now!! But Kristeva's already married. ;_; )

Damn, I assumed this was about politics. Well, my answer would stay the same since I played left wing in hockey, though I did play a bit of right wing. I might actually prefer playing right wing but I'm not exactly sure about that because I haven't played since I was a teenager.

No winger? There really should be a middle option. The label of one or the other shuts down real conversation in my view.

Most of the policy I agree with is left wing but I'm not going to adopt a specific label. I'm not even keen on adopting a specific model long term. I took that 8 values quiz one time and got libertarian socialist though lol, but I don't think those tests are great.

By the very bare bones way of looking at it where the left are motivated by equality and the right by social hierarchy then yeah left wing. Seems like a value system that transcends politics though.

A lot of my political views align with the left, ultimately though I would favor a form of individual anarchism (I think) only capable through technological advances in which we are no longer reliant upon one another and all forms of socializing are voluntary rather than necessary.

Unfortunately, right now such a world is not quite possible. For now, I think a lot of my views would align with Yang, I would like to see UBI, and more automation in which people are no longer required to work menial jobs and could pursue other activities they enjoy. I don't think people should be forced to work if it is not necessary, and if it is possible they should be provided for. I think through automation, we will eventually see that become more of a reality.

I would prefer to live in a world, that you are free to express yourself as you wish - while not having an impact on people who do not want to partake in your fantasy. Such a world is not going to exist for a while to come though, I wish I were born 20 years in the future so that I could have a better chance of seeing it though.

Live and let live

Other. Libertarian. Not quite sure which is worse, they're both trying to impose their morality on everyone else IMO. And I don't mean just in the US, look at how the Chinese are raping HK right now. That is the **** that goes down when you support statism, right or left. Power is corrupting, whomever gains control they will ultimately seek to preserve their power through the mechanism of the state. I support a technocratic, indifferent political system, not one which is just a playground for battling ideologues.

Everybody knows you only live a day but it's brilliant anyway

I'm just anti-right wing or something. Seriously, I don't see myself as a leftist, since I don't usually care what the leftists are saying or doing, but whatever I see the the right wingers doing, I always find myself strongly disagreeing and spent all day pandering their thought process on various subjects. I'm probably a leftist by American standards, because the policies I support are most likely considered to be far-leftism in the USA, while being just common sense around here, supported from left to right. (Universal healthcare and education, "common sense", but it's about how we do it, who we tax and how much and here we cut" etc)

Conservatism is obviously evil, but even the libertarian right seem to often have that "douchey" attitude for the sake of them having the right to be a douche. Like sure, you're allowed to insult fat people etc, but why the need to embrace that kind of rhetoric? Feels like nice and considerate right wingers don't exist, just edgelords everywhere triggering people because it's "fun".

Please stop triggering me!

Reject modernity, embrace monke
