This morning, I woke up about 10 mins before 9:00 AM.
I thought about going back to sleep, but, due to the pressures of my job, I had not done my daily running in 2 days, so I decided that was my first priority.
I ran my usual route, around the horse show, 2 laps.
I do not want to get out of this good habit of running thatI have had for so long.
For breakfast, in addition to my usual one bananna, and one yogurt, I also cut and ate 1/2 of a grapefruit that I had bought 2 days ago,and had sitting in the refrigerator, and had not eaten before this morning due to my hectic work schedule, which I will be resumnin in the next two hours, and might not get off work until around 11 PM tonight.
Have not taken any more antihistimine pills for a few nights.
