Sleep Paralysis - A “look" into another world

If you have experience this condition you know how absolutely horrifying it is. Horror movies seem like kids movies afterwards.. It affects 10 % of the population and strikes at random times. Recently I have been getting it like once or twice a week. Sometimes I go months without. I will let the video explain as I’m getting chills just thinking about it. Sleeping on my stomach helps a little, these demons can’t crawl slowly towards me and torment me that way

My Mood: Worried
I've had it after lucid dreams. Not really that bad if you know what's going on.
