Selective or Traumatic Mutism?

I wanted to know who here deals with either of these things, how are you getting treatment or was it possible? when did you know you had it or what may have happened to cause it (if you're comfortable sharing)?

I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy ( ACT ), which I learn from self-help workbooks, for selective mutism, social anxiety disorder, ptsd, etc.
