My Mood: Dead

SA, selective, and depression.

Would selective mutism and moderate to severe depression be secondaries or byproducts? I have both and they make me break down about every week, it used to be less than that but lately my emotions overflow very quick and I can't hold it in anymore.

Make sure not to label yourself with mutism and depression too strongly.

I know for a fact that I am just plain afraid of people/relationships.

In some occasions, certain people can mute me. In others, I feel horribly depressed.

Bottom line, mutism is defined by behavior, and depression is more general; SA is my MAIN problem.

Rather be dead than cool.
