Resources for bipolars?

So I think my social anxiety is actually a result of bipolar disorder. I've done a little research and I sound like a type II. Unfortunately, I don't trust shrinks, and even if I could get past that, I don't have insurance. I need a bit of help dealing, though. Does anyone know of any good online resources (like this one) for bipolar peoples? Or have any coping tips? Any help is much appreciated.

Your might find this program useful - at http://www.moodswings.net.au - it is based on an effective face-to-face program for bipolar. It is a self help program with information, tips and strategies - it is all on-line and has a moderated discussion board so you can communicate with others in the program.

Hope this helps.
