I mean it all just comes down to different emotional responses and deciding if they're normal or not. In that case I agree that you need to figure out the underlying cause and bigger picture. If that's the case, wouldn't many people not actually have a disorder but are possibly responding with an appropriate emotion to an incredibly ****ed up situation based on the knowledge they have?

Having SA feels like being a scratched up LP that keeps getting stuck at exactly 10 seconds into Track 02.
