I mean it all just comes down to different emotional responses and deciding if they're normal or not. In that case I agree that you need to figure out the underlying cause and bigger picture. If that's the case, wouldn't many people not actually have a disorder but are possibly responding with an appropriate emotion to an incredibly ****ed up situation based on the knowledge they have?

someone asked the question on a podcast I listen to recently what is the difference between paranoia and pattern recognition? I guess my answer would be truth. but then it's hard to always know what is the truth right?
