Possible Key to my Recovery?

So here is the deal, I have a lot of anxiety and stress over a specific relationship. These are in turn causing me to lose other relationships.
I don't actually remember where I was looking but anyway, I think the biggest key to all (literally all) of my biggest life issues is that I have a Self Esteem lower than the earth's core.

This low self esteem has a lot to do with this specific relationship that i'm entangled in, and I know that. But i'm thinking (hoping more so) that if I can rebuild my esteem and learn to love myself I can fully fix my issues.

This all seems to have hit me like a brick to the face, and I may just be jumping the gun a little too soon.
I guess in this world though you can never be too early in trying to heal.

What are your thoughts? Do you think I've gone mad? Or am I on to something?
