phobia ?

i know this is not really the right forum to discuss this but i guess it falls under metal health(?)

might sound stupid but i have always been hesitant and very rarely sign up to contracts including websites /forums, signing up to anything to money and other things like that. (i admit, i struggled to sign up to this forum)

im not really sure if its a phobia? but i have noticed it can sometimes trigger panic attacks.. even if the thing making me panic is clearly illogical (like i am gonna get locked into something with no way out) not sure if its connected to my dyslexia, lack of confidence or other anxiety(?)

i guess it has also held me back, as i wont do certain things even though i want to.

i was just wondering, does anyone else have this sort of problem?

It's a phobia, possibly stemming from fear of losing control.

Hard to tell from what you've said but if it's a phobia or part of your anxiety then it would come from past trauma or negative experience, something like fear of losing control would be a symptom and not the root cause of the issue.
