Am talking to myself here, because I have slipped horribly over the last few weeks and am in a basically apathetic depressed state.
But here's the thing, assuming you need motivation to do things. You don't. You need to start small and snowball with small things that become baseline habits, and from that point you can build, habit is everything.
I am unfortunately at the point where I am not sure if my problems are due to finasteride, lockdown, feeling disillusioned with the career path, or the spiraling kratom addiction. I have about a week to sort my **** out, though.
