How often do you drink..??
 

....& by that i mean alcohol..!!

I am pretty much wasted while posting this thread, & i'll say on average, i drink atleast twice a week. I usually drink Guiness, do they have Guiness in the U.S..??
The drink gives me the courage to step outside my door.

Alcoholism runs in the family so I'm really careful about drinking. It's usually twice a month and even then it's only a beer or two.

I typically buy one six-pack of 12-oz beers a week and drink 1 or 2 per day till they're used up.

Except now I'm on an indefinite alcohol fast in the event I need to drive my wife to the obstetric unit (or drive out to see her if she's already there)...which could be any day now. :)

usually I have alcohol one or two days out of the week, focusing primarily on locally made microbrews (so yummy!!) and Guiness is good, probably one of my favorite dark beers because compared to lots of porters and stouts I have tried, it has a rather light flavor...I will do a few shots of tequila generally when having a few beers (I usually have anywhere between 2 to 4 beers) or I will drink wine...ummmm I love wine, its so delicious...

I reserve drinking for the weekends....

A lot... but I'm 23, so I'm supposed to drink a lot. Love the vodka. :)

I have come up with three rules.

1. I only drink free drinks (open bar, first class or international airplane trip, friends house, and anywhere else that offer free drinks)

2. No carbonation. Beer tastes bad in addition to having carbonation. Any drink with Coke or Sprite aren't good either.

3. I won't drink by myself.

Well before meds, I was at 4 beers a day (maybe 1 or 2 days of the week I wouldn't have any). Currently at 3 beers/weekend and maybe a shot or 2 of something during the week.

Trying to get downstairs to get the last of my 6 pack, but my mom is watching TV. can't stand it. I"ve been drinking a 6-pack daily. Usually I buy a 6-pack of higher percentage and drink 5 of them, but it's not uncommon for me to finish them all. Now I am running out of money, drinking 2.50-something 6-packs of PBR.

I hyave a terrible hangover this morning.. I must of drank atleast 14/15 pints of Guiness last night.

Do you guys have Guiness in the States..??

rarely, but I kind of wish I could stomach the alcohol in my hosue right now.
