How much sleep do you get?
I've been reading about the link between sleep and mental problems like anxiety and depression for a while, so I was curious about when and how much you all sleep. It has been my personal experience that both when and how much you sleep matters for how you feel and what you do, so I'd like to get some data from people on this forum. As far as I remember, both too little and too much sleep can be bad for you.
I'd like to get 2 separate polls for when and how much you sleep, so this thread will deal with how much you sleep, and the other will deal with when you sleep.
Also, please talk about what you think about this topic.
Edit:Poll looks messed up...meant to say how many "Hours" of uninterrupted sleep do you get per night. If mod can edit or someone can tell me how, that would be nice.
