How do you cope with panic attacks?
I have this vicious cycle thing going on, where I'm scared that stressful situations will trigger my panic attacks. Then cause I'm worried about it going into the stressful situation I get extra nervous and stressed, and that triggers heart palpitations, and then I panic... all because I was scared I was going to panic
Yeah, so anyone know how to help with this? Like to overcome it or at least make it happen less? Thanks for any impute guys...
