I can interpret what you said in a few ways but it feels maybe too personal to ask so to be on the safe side I will say thanks for answering

I mean the amount of codependent like things in relationships has decreased each time. I dont think I would have codependency problems in my next relationship. I'm doing well enough with friendships and with myself that I dont see it becoming a problem, or if it was a problem I can get out of it.

That's really good to hear that you are doing so well! Yes my codependency is less too. A part of me wondered if some of my traits of codependency were because of SA but I think there is some overlap. My head right now feels a bit of a mess.

Probably yeah, dont alot of people that have social anxiety also have introversion, the codependency part is what makes me think, its also quite regular to have codependency on like support from people your close to and communicate regularly with i believe.. why whats up though? Im sure theres different views on codependency depending on whom your referring to and to what extent.

Ironically, its my lack of codependency (much less than your average typical person).

Although most of my life, I have been constantly conditioned and reinforced to refrain from it. Lack of trust, keeping things a secret, consequences of showing neediness, etc.

The truth is strictly what the ones in power perceives it to be.

Enjoy any good things, even the little and menial ones, as you will never know what impending distresses could descend upon you in a moment.

Oh, I'd say there would be a lot of co-dependency going on between my wife and I. It's inevitable both of us being the way we are. She is technically probably more introverted than I am (although I don't usually like talking about her on here), but in slightly different ways. But then again she can talk in front of a conference of 200 people whereas I'd most likely pass out.

It's complicated.
