Developing verbal tics and extreme anxiety about neighbors

This has been extremely annoying of late and has been disrupting my work and more importantly, my housing.

I find myself repeating negative phrases that I've heard in the past (usually directed at me).

My first thought is Tourettes or the very worst symptom of it, but most doctors dismiss that unless its caught at an early age.

What ever it is, I need it to stop. My neighbors already complained so it's not like its bothering anyone.

Anymore and a eviction could come my way.

I do. Trying to cut it down though.

I suspect OCD too the hardest part is getting a diagnosis.

I think tourettes syndrome would be diagnosed by a nuerologist and ocd from a phychiatrist. And they would probably give you pharmaceutical drugs.

Cutting back on caffeine might help?
