Depression and the 123 trick
Hey there, I'd like to share that I tried something that helped me w my depression. I found it by chance. When I'm depressed it's usually when I do nothing.
I found out that if I do 3 things at a time my depression is gone. Here's an example:
Eating something and reading while the tv is on.
Sitting in (a bubble) bath, while listening to music and writing (here!!) haha
I bet there are more combinations... this applies to when I'm home alone
