I think i have it. I would look in the mirror, and be totally fasinated with who i was, that who i was couldnt be me ... That the thought was so crazy. Id say my name over and over, it'd just astound me. I'd just think "Carissa...WHO IS THAT ?" It would only last a few minutes, I never thought much of it. It happens about twice a week, but it's becoming perisstent. I found out that it was linked to SA, so i checked it out. It's not diaognosed, so idk.

Anyone else feel this way?

Well I'm not quite sure what you mean, but I know theres been times where I'll try to view myself as if I were someone else. Trying to observe the things I do to see if how I'm acting or feeling is really acceptable or rational. But I think everyone does this. Or sometimes I'll be getting ready to go somewhere, maybe brushing my teeth in the mirror and I'll think about how I look(normal) nothing like how I feel(anxious).
