I can relate to the first scenario and I'd like to hear some advice, too. Maybe you should try exposing yourself to these situations more often so that you'll get used to them and stop having such strong emotions every time.

@ pointy: There's a technical term used by the scientific community to refer to these people. They're called @$$holes. The entire planet is saturated with them. All we can do is pity them, as we are enlightened and they are not. These people are the very reason the English language created the term "tolerate". Hang in there.
