Pretty freaking annoying since I've had some connectivity issues these past few weeks after never really having any, and it always happens when I am trying to beat some deadline.
So 9.5/10

People not returning something borrowed.

6/10 average.

It really depends on what has been borrowed. I myself seldom loan anything essential that I will often use. Most things I loan to others, if they don't return it, I could easily buy another one for cheap.

Someone occupying a shared bathroom at a longer time than you like?

When people pander to immature, spoilt brat, adults. Urrgggghhhhhh can't tell you how much that pi$$es me off.

6/10.

Hrm, can't say I've encountered that scenario often but I suppose it would annoy me.

Scared of every little noise
Someone's always breaking in accidentally

A seagull stealing your sandwich ?

And all our yesterdays have lighted fools the way to dusty death
Out, out, brief candle! Life's but a walking shadow,
A poor player that strut's and fret's his hour upon the stage and is heard no more,
It is a tale told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing.

Not of the sandwich itself, but more annoyed and fear for the fact I might be exposed to the numerous of diseases a seagull could be carrying.

A car taking 2 spaces of street parking?

I guess it's a 7/10 if it is a space I need. I hardly ever do street parking though.

A car that is sitting in the middle of the road (taking up part of the lane you need to get past them) while preparing to make a left turn onto the street you are on while you're trying to make a right turn onto the street they are on?

I'd say a 7/10.

How about a semi that parks in the middle of the highway (not using their hazard lights or anything), and is blocking the street you need to turn off on.

Setup progress now at 100% capacity.

9/10. Especially if it's a highway with exits that are very far apart.

Bicyclists sharing a traffic lane with drivers after dark, wearing dark clothing with zero lighting and visibility?

9/10 but I'd say that it's more scary than annoying!

People who are always exactly where you need to be exactly when you need to be there and won't move?

9/10 if it's at work, and literally not moving puts you behind.

Bicyclists that ride directly into busy fast moving traffic, going the opposite direction of said traffic, and waving oncoming cars around them despite having a perfectly sidewalk to ride on.

Setup progress now at 100% capacity.
