Phenibut - tolerance and my regimen

Hello, I want to ask you...

How is it with tolerance on Phenibut ? I am considering taking it for 2-3times per week, other days I will take my selegiline + PEA combo(2,5 - 5mg of selegiline + 100-300mg of PEA).

Is it ok to take Phenibut 2-3 times per week to avoid tolerance ?

Also I am taking 30mg paroxetine + 100mg Trazodone daily. Is it safe to combine together with PEA/selegiline combo and Phenibut ?

Now I have to be very socially for work and study.

PS: Unfortunately stimulants as Adderall, Dexetrine, Ritaline are not approved in my country

Thanks.

...and sorry for my bad English

Phenibut has very bad tolerance problems, sometimes it doesnt even work anymore after taking it once.

There shouldnt be any bad interactions in your regime.

I dont think so. Youll just have to experiment with it to see how fast you get tolerant.

i find the most i can take phenibut to avoid tolerance is once/week. and no more than 2 grams when i do. i've been doing that for a few months now and i still get some effects from the phenibut...but its not as great as it was the first few times.

Don't take PEA + seligiline together. http://www.imminst.org/forum/PEA-sel...on-t36533.html

thanks for advice... I know that PEA + selegiline together is a bit dangerous, especially in high doses. It helps me about 30-45 minutes then comes crash or comedown and my SA and anxiety are worst.

I was able to take phenibut at 1 grams 2x a day about 4-5 days a week (sometimes more) for about a month and still experienced benefits - not so much for SA, but some mood enhancement and mainly being one of the best sleeping remedies I've ever taken. Also was able to cut down on my Xanax intake. I suggest avoiding monster doses, and maybe doing one day on two days off.

Be aware however, that Phenibut is a beta-phenylethylamine antagonist and will reduce the effects of PEA.
