Medication to use while frequent exposure to face your SA fears?


what's a good medication to side with frequent exposure to face my SA and other fears related to people?

i used to carry gin in a bottle disguised as water it really takes the edge off but im not recommending it its just the only thing that ever worked for me.

I've only taken one med for my SAD and it's a beta blocker called Propranolol (Inderal). It's not an SSRI or anything that messes with your emotions, all it does is eliminate the physical symptoms of anxiety, pretty much makes it impossible to blush, have a racing heart or sweat profusely + it has no side effects (in my experience) or withdrawal.

Cycloserine has found success in improving response to exposure therapy.
