Luvox obsessing but lethargic

Hi all, I'm not sure how posting on forums works so please forgive if this is in the wrong place...

I've tried over 9 ssri's, a few mood stabilizers and I take a low dose of Xanax. Presently I'm on 50 mg of Luvox, down from 100 which made me exceptionally lethargic. I'm still obsessing and having scary thoughts about my health but feel so tired that I can't get up and do anything about it. I've heard Luvox should prevent the obsessive thinking though. it's been about 7 weeks, should I try and stick with it?

Im not sure really whats you are asking or why you lowered the dose, I would try to raise it and augment it... Some Patients take up to 300mg/day...

An augmentation is:
Bupropion for emotional flattening,
cognitive slowing, or apathy

Other meds for OCD n such is
<li class="subtitle">Obsessive-compulsive disorder citalopram
clomipramine
escitalopram
fluoxetine
fluvoxamine
paroxetine
sertraline
venlafaxine
vilazodone

I myself have found that a "high" dose of the MAOI-Parnate 120mg, helps with my thoughts and such...But thats just me, no scientific reports or such.
