Frustrating job application

I'm filling out an application but the person specification keeps repeating itself.

First there is "Ability to manage your own time and to co-ordinate and organise work on multiple tasks"

Further down it says "Being able to multi-task, effectively keeping various tasks in hand at the same time"

Then "Following an agreed plan and knowing how to finish a job on time, asking for help if needed"

Followed by "Understanding your objectives and making realistic plans to deliver them"

That's basically the same requirement worded in four different ways. But because it's bad form to repeat myself on an application (ironically) I have to think of separate examples.

Is it a middle management sort of role you are applying for?

The first could be about managing people and delegating tasks whilst overseeing the outcomes.

The second seems to be directly about your ability to manage your workload and multitask.

The third is perhaps about how you follow the plan given to you by your superiors and the last possible about how you break your superiors plans down into achieve able and deliverable goals???

Not sure if that will help at all but thought Id give it a go.

Thanks. It's for a lab technician job. I've pretty much finished it now anyway.

Now I have an interview to worry about. I hate anxiety.

But seriously, I finished the application on Monday and they let me know yesterday that I have an interview on Friday. It's very short notice.

HR people are generally idiots. So that explains that.
