What's your go-to "scary thought"?

You know, the one that you say over and over and over to yourself right before or once you start to freak out and feel panic coming on?

Hmm. Being the way I am now into my 30s and 40s.
Basically, lonely, with no friends or boyfriend, no job, broke. Bad depression and anxiety with no way out of it.

I'm 19 right now, and I want to better myself. I feel like if I battle my depression and anxiety now, it'll make the rest of my life a lot easier. Whereas, if I wait and mope around for years and years, I'll just remain the way I am now. If I change while I'm younger, it'll be easier to break out of my destructive mindset. But if I wait many years, my anxiety will become more entrenched in my being.

Oh, and another is that I'm scared I'll become a victim to more serious mental illnesses.
First I realised I had depression, then I started to accept my autism diagnosis, now I'm discovering that I have anxiety.
I'm scared that later in life, I'll develop Schizophrenia, or maybe Bipolar Disorder or OCD.

I realised that these are normal worries for those with anxiety when I was reading through comments under a video in YouTube. We love worrying. Well, we don't love it, but we spend our time worrying like we do.

What you need is a go-to coping statement to repeat to yourself over and over.

"This will pass."
"I've survived this before."
"Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop."

"How do I do this?"
"How do I do that?"
"Where does this go?"
"$#%*!"
"Crap, I think I did this wrong...#%*^!"
"Must do this correctly..."
"I think I'm not doing this right."
"Way to go dumba**..."
"Where do I go from here?"
"I'm getting anxious."
"This isn't neat."
"Slob."
"You suck at this, try something else."
"Ooh, that's pretty."
"Uhhh...what?"
