What are you proud of yourself for?

I'll start.
I'm proud of myself because almost a year back, i was turning into a recluse. Since then i've attended college, faced many social situations including an embarrassing presentation, and also went back after embarrassing moments (one of my biggest problems was running away after embarrassing things). I've kept in touch with people from class. I've been positive! So this is what i'm proud of accomplishing.
Share whatever you're proud of doing/achieving no matter how stupid you may think it is!

Why would i make others feel bad ? If you did feel bad, i didn't mean to at all, I just want people to share the small steps they have taken over anxiety. As a positive way of thinking/acting.
I have not solved my problem at all. But took steps toward solving it. I have also had bad moments like running away from my first job. What i want here is for people to share their positive experiences !
it doesn't matter whether your first step is "i stepped out of my room" or "i spoke to a girl" !! It just matters you are making steps to overcome this!

I'm proud that I've made it through college and my social skills have improved greatly with my job. They still suck, but not anywhere compared to what they were. I'm also proud that although I stumble and F up a lot, I still push myself to try better next time. People learn from their mistakes. That's the way life goes.

It doesn't look like much to normal people, but I still try to remember how hard these things were for me. And any accomplish, no matter how small it looks to anyone else, is huge when it's something that was so scary to you.

if at first you don't succeed drink some pink lemonade

that I've been trying to try.
I find that I don't have any anxiety until about 3 minutes before something these days. It's allowed me to attempt things, then fail.
like this phone call that's it's probably too late to make. I've been hyping up for it all month. Never did it.
But as recently as a year ago, I wouldn't have been in a position to have to make it. Kind of an odd place to be.
But it's a start, I guess.
