Hello, I’m not sure if this is the write place to write this. I’m new here. I was wondering if it’s okay to log my attempts and progress?? Coping with my SA. With a doctor I made a goal to interact with people more to manage my depression and anxiety.
Today I’ve joined an active fitness gym that allowed me interact with people more. It is actually a pretty huge step for me.
I guess seeing a doctor and going through a depression group therapy prompted me to step out of my bubble more. I’m pretty grateful for this so far.
