Techniques to help

Hey guys,
I get really nervous when I have to say anything in class or at a meeting, and I start blushing even when there's not too much pressure (this happens if I'm going to make one simple comment in class while sitting in my seat).
Does anyone know how I can get a little better?..How I can calm myself down?

Maybe the best way to calm down is to be willing to have these symptoms noticed. The more you try to cover them, the worse they become. It is exposing, but I find it the most effective method for me and they often decrease.
