Self-Consciousness, eyes and face!

Hello. I been doing very well the last couple of weeks. But since last weekend I got some anxiety back due to some particular reasons, been stressed about school and some digestive troubles...
As it did before, it wont take long time before the anxiety goes away. But, I wonder about this thing that I experience while having some SADinexieties: when I get self conscius at public, I feel that my face gets paralyzed, my eyes lose all expression, bright.. It's like a mask that gets stuck to my face, it's emotionless, unresponsive to others eyes, the happenings around... Just wanna close my eyes, or get underground!!!!!

Do some of you feel the same sometimes?! What helps as you get such an "attack"?! Do you know of any tricks that can be done to improve it these as it happens?! Maybe some breathing tech, rubbing some area of the face, fine muscular activity ??!!!!!
