Panic Attacks without the usual symptoms

Is there such a thing as a panic attack without the usual symptoms of heart palpitations, feeling like you're going to die, hyperventilating and such?

I recently had a moment of intense anxiety where I felt a rush of thoughts coming in my mind (thoughts of self-loathing, replays of all my past and potential social failures), and instead of the usual symptoms, I started to feel my throat and head becoming sore, I felt nauseous, and just overwhelmed like I couldn't concentrate or function.

Wondering if anyone felt something similar.

Perhaps... Not sure either...

Even shy people can be sassy sometimes...
I'll put drunk raccoon in my signature as well, because I CAN...
