I'm not a fun person to be around
I'm in high school and have very few friends and even those are not really great friends. I feel like nobody wants to talk to me and I just create this invisible barrier around me that keeps everyone away from me.

The problem is that I don't know how to be fun or interesting or charistamic. I overthink, but I also don't know what to say or ask to keep the conversation. I can't connect with most people and I usually don't talk to strangers (even if I've seen them a couple of times in school), because I'm afraid I will say something wrong.

How could I help myself to not feal nervous when talking to new people and how could I make an impression that I'm not boring. If this is even possible.

I find it hardest to be fun when I can't be myself, which is pretty much all the time... But still I try my best to not be boring as hell and try to joke around if it's appropriate time for that, or just look like I'm not sad...

Me neither because I don't have any hobbies or interests really so I'm boring.

This is what frustrates me. I've actually got a great sense of humour and can be myself around my friends.

I think if my work colleagues and others could see what I'm like when I'm with my friends they'd be shocked, but instead they probably think I have no sense of humour or personality.
