I am starting university in september and I am very nervous as most people are but as you can imagine I am 10000 times worse!
In my last session of CBT I asked my therapist what kind of things I could do as practise for university- a classroom like setting or a room full of people, speaking in front of others a little, somewhere that I can't leave for a couple of hours etc.
All she came up with was a AA meeting! and i just think thats weird, and rude to people that are genuinely suffering!!
So I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas for things I could do- even if they are only vaguely like what I descibed above.
Anything would be veryyy much appreciated- i need to do something!!
