how to calm subconscious mind?
I been reading science/psychology bullsh** again. It talked about how our subconscious mind automatically gives us negative thoughts and feelings all in an attempt to get us to stay at home to be safe from danger. It works separate from our conscious mind in that way.
I found one technique to calm the subconscious. It's basically talking to yourself in a slow calm voice, and what matters is not the words you say, but how you say them, as long as you say stuff slowly and calmly, it makes the subconscious calm down.
I wanna know if there are other ways to trick the subconscious mind into calming down.
