Films with empathy for SA

Music, just listen to the 60's and 70's... Listen to "Dark Side of the Moon" or "The Wall" for some empathy.

Has anyone seen "The Snake Pit?" Great film..

Prozac Nation is fairly new, I don't know how much of it is "social anxiety" based, but I'm sure some of us could relate. I find sometimes watching triumphs, or just being able to see someone you admire facing the same thing becomes more helpful, eliminates the stigma.

Forget labels.. I think everyone has social anxiety, but to what degree.

I guess I'd say not to force yourself. I like being alone, not all the time, but I feel I am so relaxed when the family upstairs is gone. I can bust loose, and one shouldn't be forced to be with people if they don't want to be.

Whatever makes you happy, keep doing it. Music is my life, film, standup comedy... If you want a laugh, and some social satire, watch Bill Hicks, he'll make you feel you're not alone, trust me. One person can make a difference, and he did.
