Feeling emotionally EXHAUSTED each day


It became almost like a habit. I could start a day motivated and happy, but by 1:00 PM or so, no matter what I do, I get this huge kick in the nuts emotionally. It's the very same feeling to making fool of oneself and then reliving it in your mind, only that nothing bad happened and the day went pretty good so there is practically nothing negative to think about. It doesn't even matter if I'am sitting at home all day or if I go out and have a productive day, I still end up feeling like crap. How can I get pumped up and stop feeling like a lifeless piece of **** which is a huge contrast to my attitude and approach to the life as I'am going to bed or starting a new day? It's like my subconscious got used to the idea, and unless I spent the whole day socializing with my family members (which I guess distracts me enough), I end up feeling defeated emotionally. How to snap out of it?

This sometimes happens to me. I suddenly feel really useless and grumpy.

try a combo of:

eating healthy foods
running 3 times a week, outside
enough sleep
mindfulness meditation

give it about 2 months. I'm sure it will help you alot
