Do those w/ SA experience the same panic attacks as those w/ panic disorder?

some sites state that people with social anxiety experience anxiety attacks that are distinct from panic attacks, and some sites say that they experience genuine "panic attacks". which is it? IS there a difference between the anxiety i feel and someone with panic disorder feels? can someone who has this disorder clear this up?

i think it is different. for me, the anxiety is kind of always there (around people, that is). the description of panic attacks, how they occur, does not ring true with me, but the symptoms do. nevertheless, the two are very different it seems.

beat me instead of them
"No one needs a smile as much as a person who fails to give one."

because I don't really think they're bad,
I think they're just scared.
Is it because of me?

What?

That she drove away.

Well, why would you
say that?

Because...

because I'm boring.

Dear world, I do not feel strong today. I feel I have been strong for too long, and now I would like to rest.
