Anxiety, depression and OCD during the quarantine
How are you guys dealing with that so far? When this whole thing began in March/April, I managed to hold it well for a couple months, then it all went to s*** to me. The thing that hurt me the most emotionally and physically speaking was and still is my OCD. For a couple months I managed, mostly because I was going to a doctor, taking pills and going for daily exercises. Then, I stopped with all those things. The doctor I had to stop going to because money's short here. Then I lost the will to go on walks or do any other kind of physical exercise. Then my cleaning OCD got really bad once again. I have to spray everything with alcohol when I go for drives and when I buy groceries or food out... Sometimes I manage things well, then the next day I am feeling bad again, and it's like that for the past 6 months or so to me...
