I have had anxiety/panic attacks for over 25 years. The anxiety and panic will subside for months at a time and then will come back for a few months. It’s very frustrating and very upsetting. I don’t know how to get through the panic attacks. It is very tough to have a normal life.
Sorry to hear you're struggling like that, it's awful I know.
Has medication helped you much
? And also a good therapist should be able to suggest some coping techniques as well - but I'm assuming maybe you've already been down those avenues?
I do hope you find some good resources to help you. I get into some quite triggered states of mind similar to panic attacks, and I use mindfulness (there's a lot about it on the internet) to help me through it. Doesn't prevent it from happening though, unfortunately.
