Acceptance


The most important thing when it comes to anxiety from my experience is accepting how you feel, what thoughts you're having and everything else in the present moment. When you resist the present moment more anxiety is created. Feeling anxious? Stay with that anxiety for as long as you can without looking for an escape route, your mind becomes more present and you feel more relaxed or at least you come to terms with how you feel. Don't look for a way out, that is the way out...
