Ugh

For the people who have talked to a professional, how did you bring yourself to do it? I feel like that is even going to be hard.

But seeing as how being around family is stressful now, and I have to be around a lot of extended family come Christmas, I figured I should probably start doing something about it... Not that a whole lot can be done in a month..

Anyways, hello! Never realized so many people dealt with this garbage. Then again, most of us are hiding anyways... lol.

Well it kind of dealt itself out for me. I didn't ask.. my doctor tried at all odds to get things right. Only thing I was really complaining about was lack of seriously 1 hour a sleep at night... couldn't chill. Racing thoughts. Dr. Tried normal stuff.. ambien.. Some other type. Nothing worked. Sent me to a clinic.. next thing I know. I'm talking to a psychiatrist and setting up an appointment for therapy.. I went psycho at the worst possible time on prozac. Dr's started to think I wasn't just a bowl full of anxiety with panic attacks occasionally. I was also full on bipolar. After I was diagnosed everything slowly started to improve. And by improve I mean still far from perfect. But I'm able to sleep now at least. It's fixed other things as well.. it's worth it.... I'm not sure how it works for you... just my story

changes daily
