so glad I found this site!

Every time I conviced myself I had SA, someone would convince me that I didn't. As frustrating as it is that people don't understand how I feel, I guess I just start to agree with them because I want to feel "normal".
I am going to my second day of new job tomorrow and since the first didn't go so well I went online to look for some comfort. I came across this site and was so happy I cried. I'm not trying to get overly sappy here or anything but it feels so good that there are thousands of people out there just like me. It also makes me realize that it is real thing and I probably should make more of an effort to deal with it. I'm not even officially diagnosed yet.
But, I'm glad I found this site, I guess it's a start.
I'm 27 years old, and although I have come long way, I am still not able to finish school or hold a job, or try new things, or make friends. I'm tired of being the little scared, quiet girl...

Lucky,

I think the first week of a new job is normally hell whether you have SA or not. Just remember it will get better.
