Hey guys just wanted to give you a brief Intro to let you know I’m here. I am 30 years old and have lived with what I identify as “Mild” social anxiety for my entire life. I do have times were I feel it is more severe and it can become obsessive for me to think about. I have tried SAD group therapy but didn’t truly find any lasting solutions. So I am here in hopes to talk with other people who really understand how hard it is and maybe we can compare notes, find ways to cope, and ultimately find solutions for everyone. 🙂
