Hey there, fellow anxiety sufferers!

I thought Iíd drop in to say hi.

So, Iím 23 years old and Iíve struggled with mild social anxiety for as long as I can remember. I come from a small country in southeast Europe, where thereís still lots of stigma attached to mental health problems.

I am glad to have bumped into this forum as itís very comforting to know that youíre not alone and that other people are going through the same thing.
I spent some time getting re-acquainted with the forum and I love the content posted here so far. (I actually joined in 2016 but hadnít logged in for the past 3 years.)
I hope we can help motivate each other and learn from each otherís experiences.

Feel free to write to me Iím open to chatting and sharing my SA experience.

Hey daisy21g, welcome to SAS.

Even if our scars donít match thereís no wrong you canít make better if you can figure out a way to change your mind.

And sure thereís things I regret not doing or doing. Those thoughts climb my spine like spiders, and then Iím really the stranger in my own bed,

and that ball of nervous gets pushed into every crack. Thatís whatís holding the bricks together.
