With Levi 501's or Similar......

When you have to pull them down or take them off or pee, do you unbutton each button individually or only unbutton the top button and then glissando down from there or maybe you have your own technique?

...you gotta keep the goal in mind, develop tunnel vision to a certain extent. it's hard, and it's not for everyone.

No zip?

Sound like women's pants.

Leave top button, undo middle buttons if a man?

How you do it then?

Thinking you must be a woman, so won't work that way.

All buttons must be undone.

With zip jeans there is a button at the top and the zip is there for a reason.

So button at top left buttoned up, rest of buttons undone (where the zip would be located) if buttons only.

I still wear the button fly but, YES, public restrooms can be stressful, especially if you spazz out and can't get the buttons buttoned. The longer you take the more difficult it becomes. It's like, "Come on!!!!! Dammit!!! Button!!!!!!!!!!!"

No offence mate but I think men should stop wearing denim once they get to a certain age. It just looks - wrong.

(You may not have reached that age yet though so just disregard this post. I have though.)

Edit: it could also just be me too - a lot of things are. I can't even try pants on in the change room anymore without laughing.

You're never too old to wear denim.

I am Forty-four and fabulous and I wear denim. I wear shorts in the summer and I have the legs to show them off!

Yay for 39-plus!

Women's jeans have zips too.

Some people heard my words and thought it meant they knew me
Truth is, I don't exist, I'm just a soundtrack to your movie
Some background figure in a story that's already scripted
And what I feel's just felt for you to hear me ****ing spit it
I jump in many different heads through these words and poems
Always hoping maybe the next leap'll be my leap home

The White Stripes are great (I tried not to do this and failed.)

True.

I always think buttons = Woman's pants. Maybe seen in movies, etc as to why I think that way.

There's no way I'd wear jeans with buttons - too much hassle. I'm all about convenience and comfort nowadays. I even wear slip-on shoes because I'm too lazy to do up my shoe laces.

Lol! I think I'm older than you. I don't like pants that are floppy or even hint at being floppy so 501's are my go-to. I occasionally wear others but rarely. I probably should branch out a bit. I've been feeling drab, style-wise. Now that I think of it I've gone full boring on my clothing. What's up with that?

Lol, I love them. Coincidentally I stumbled onto this live recording a couple days ago and it is incredible. You have to wait until around 4:25.

Don't worry mate - I think I've managed to take the concept of boring to a whole new level lately.

It sounds like you're doing much better than me.
