What's the most high risk, low reward thing you've ever done?

Trying to save money by getting a free ride with strangers. Walking in a bad area because I was too cheap to pay for a taxi. Eating old, expired food (eating around the fungus/mold) because I didn't want to be wasteful.

I've never done anything entertaining and my memory is bad.

Yeah sure I'll say being born too.

Some people heard my words and thought it meant they knew me
Truth is, I don't exist, I'm just a soundtrack to your movie
Some background figure in a story that's already scripted
And what I feel's just felt for you to hear me ****ing spit it
I jump in many different heads through these words and poems
Always hoping maybe the next leap'll be my leap home

Ran away from home as a kid for one afternoon wanting to explore the town because my parents were overprotective and wouldn't let me go anywhere. I knew it was wrong to leave without notifying anyone but I just had to try. My dad found me and I could tell he was really upset with me... all of them were ... I was lucky they didn't punish me too harshly...

I am an excitable person who only understands life lyrically, musically, in whom feelings are much stronger as reason. I am so thirsty for the marvelous that only the marvelous has power over me. Anything I can not transform into something marvelous, I let go. Reality doesn't impress me. I only believe in intoxication, in ecstasy, and when ordinary life shackles me, I escape, one way or another. No more walls.

I cut my dad’s toenails without asking one day last year because their length was annoying me, and I think the edges were crooked, too. I washed my hands a few times after that, and my family kept laughing at how weird I was for cutting them, especially without wearing gloves and without being told to. I still don’t know why I did it.

Drove 4 hours round trip to a very popular and hyped mexican food truck for a burrito which was somewhat burnt.

The truth is strictly what the ones in power perceives it to be.

Enjoy any good things, even the little and menial ones, as you will never know what impending distresses could descend upon you in a moment.

I love Society. It is entirely composed now of beautiful idiots and brilliant lunatics. Just what Society should be.

My Mood: Confused
Eating wild edibles without having anyone to teach me. I generally take pictures and ask on foraging facebook groups before eating something. I do research but it makes me nervous, especially since some plants are difficult to identify down to the species. For some edibles, most foragers go by the family instead of the specific species(example violets). I'm more often overly cautious but my ocd can push me to do riskier things at times. There are certain plants and fungi that just a small amount of the wrong thing can kill you. I say it is low reward because I pick so few that I don't really get much food wise out of it and also you can get cheap food at grocery stores.

Rode an off road motorbike at near 100mph without a helmet, face full of bugs, couldn't see.

I don't think I understand. What's the point of risk if the reward is low?

I've done some fairly high risk things but they paid pretty well - otherwise why would I bother?

Adrenaline junkies might be an example, risking lives for a fix.

yeah like others said, all the action sports I practice. You don't mind the risk when you are suicidal and the reward is probably looking cool 🤷, but there's never anyone looking otherwise I breakdown. So it's just for the sense of self improvement and obviously the thrill.

I used to like walking backwards up waterslides sometimes people were going down them at the same time. I'm not sure I'd say it's low reward for me because I don't enjoy my life now so any memories of anything fun are important to me. But obviously it was reckless but I was a kid. I think the last time I remember doing it I was about 12/13.

One time I ran through a corn field and corn got everywhere. Not sure I'd ever do that again but it's ticked off a list I didn't have I guess. This wasn't really high risk though because there wasn't really anyone that nearby so more just something that you're not supposed to do.

Oh and I went swimming in a park late at midnight with some people where there was a 500 fine (I think I don't remember the exact amount of the fine,) but I think the chances of getting caught were probably pretty slim really.

I think this is everything I can remember off the top of my head atm.

No wait while drunk I decided to go on a park roundabout landed on my *** obviously lol. I remember one of my housemates trying to stop me and other housemate from going into the park but we were really drunk and not listening. Also I could not walk properly at this point and had thrown up already, and this guy had attempted to jump over a bin and failed. Drunk parkour lol.

That reminds me - this isn't me though. Someone my brother was friends with who I had on Facebook when I still used it years ago created a page or something saying if he got so many people joining the group he would do parkour in stilettos and he did. There was kind of a weird injoke where I made a facebook account for my hat, my brother made one too, he found that hilarious so he made some for a pair of stilettos and then eventually he did parkour in them.

Some people heard my words and thought it meant they knew me

Every time I take a small risk, there's no reward, in fact it usually makes things worse or I end up regretting it. So I see no point in doing anything high risk, why punish myself even more. \_(ツ)_/

If I don't reply to you, it's NOTHING PERSONAL. It's my ANXIETY.

Just eat it. Many things don't change flavor much. I don't think fungus is what causes food poisoning much.
