What is your favorite part of your day?

What is your favorite part of your day? Mine is the moment I crawl into bed at night.

Nighttime, when the world is quiet and dark. From 10pm-3 am. I'm usually doing something creative or just consuming media. I just feel more free and content (and far away from the stress of the day), which is why it's usually very difficult for me to sleep at a reasonable time.

I echo this sentiment. I am a HUGE night owl, if some of the times on my SAS posts did not give that away, haha.

I kind of like the whole day. Especially if I feel like it is going to be a good day. I'm a morning person in term of getting things done but even with this I overall don't have a favorite part of the day. I like the morning Sun during the day to the stars during the night and everything in between except for the ending of daylight: Sunset. I like the evening but with Sunset it is like the transition phrase of Day going into Night. It feel like an ending. Other than this I like the whole day/night.

Add in my loving Family, Love One, and good positvity {a good day as I mention above} and this right here will make your whole day be your favorite. For me it do.

Dawn. I don't see it very often, but it's always special. Lack of sleep, the unfamiliar part of day and the colours / light of that transition from night to day just make it feel like magic. Like you can step over into some parallel world.

Waking up and going into my backyard and taking in all of nature. But at night when relaxing in bed with the TV is also a great time.

Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go home and have a heart attack.

My favorite time of day? I think late at night before bed when I don't feel like I should be doing something productive and I just veg on the couch watching YouTube videos.

Loneliness is not about being alone; it's about not feeling connected.

Not sure I have a favourite part, maybe early in the morning. When I feel good and have a good night's sleep, I like to wake up early like 5-6 am and go for a walk, do some training and meditating, that's the best.

Afternoons

I like the more relaxed atmosphere they have, compared to the stress of mornings and middle of the day. Less people and more quiet The orange/red tint is very appealing to me too.

On weekdays it would be when work is over and I come home to relax and eat. So 6pm to 10pm maybe.

After 10pm is less relaxing because I have to do the daily routine to get ready for the next day: brush my teeth, floss my teeth, take my contact lenses, shower, organize the tupperware for tomorrow's lunch. Plus I always have the stress around that time of trying to sleep early enough that I don't feel like death warmed over the next day. Not easy when you are naturally nocturnal.

On the weekends it varies.
